Tell us what you have in mind. We'll come back with a clear approach: the right team, the right tech stack, and a timeline you can plan around. We typically kick off within 1–2 weeks of first contact, and move as fast as you do.
Most agencies make you wait a week just to hear "we'll put together a proposal." We move faster than that.
Tell us what you're building, your approximate budget, and timeline. Takes about 2 minutes.
TodayA engineer, not a salesperson, reviews your scope and gets on a 30-minute call to ask the right questions.
Within 24 hoursYou receive a written proposal with timeline, team structure, tech stack recommendation, and clear pricing. No surprises.
Within 48–72 hoursWe've heard these before. Here's what we say, not what most agencies say.
"I've been burned by agencies before."
We're not the cheapest option and we don't pretend to be. We're a US-based engineering team that keeps the work in-house. What you're buying is accountability, quality, and zero IP ambiguity. Most clients find the total cost of ownership lower because we build it right the first time.
"I need this done yesterday."
We kick off new projects within 2–4 weeks of signing. For truly urgent needs, we've stood up MVPs in under 6 weeks. The scoping process helps us size the team correctly so we're not slow-rolling you with a team of one when you need five.
"I don't want to be handed off to a junior team."
The engineers who scope your project are the engineers who build it. We don't do bait-and-switch handoffs. And after launch, we offer ongoing retainer relationships so you're never left holding code you can't maintain.
"They've been able to scale up or scale down and respond to our needs. Elevate replaced our overseas team, stabilized the code, and got us to market on iOS and Android."
If something's not covered here, send us a quick email and we'll get back to you the same day.
Email us directlyWe typically kick off new projects within 2–4 weeks of completing the scoping and signing agreements. The biggest variables are complexity and how quickly we can align on requirements. For urgent needs, we've assembled teams and delivered MVPs in as little as 6 weeks from signed contract to live product.
Both, depending on the engagement. For well-defined projects with clear requirements, we prefer fixed-scope contracts: you know the cost upfront. For evolving products or ongoing development, we work on a monthly retainer or time-and-materials basis. We'll recommend the right structure during the scoping call.
Change is normal in software. For fixed-scope engagements, we use a formal change order process: we'll estimate the impact of scope changes on timeline and cost before committing to them. We don't just absorb unbounded scope creep and charge you at the end. That said, we build flexibility into our architecture from day one so major pivots aren't catastrophic.
You do. 100%. This is non-negotiable for us. Every engagement includes a full IP assignment clause: the moment you pay for work, you own it outright. We retain nothing. We also deliver all source code, documentation, and credentials at project completion and throughout the engagement.
Both. Some of our most rewarding projects have been zero-to-one builds with founders who had a vision but no technical co-founder. We're comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping shape the product direction, not just execute on specs. If you're pre-seed and budget-constrained, let's talk. We have engagement structures that work for early-stage timelines.
